We hope user agrees and undertakes that to use the UKLCBT App user will not:

  1. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
  2. Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consent.
  3. We respect your privacy. We do not collect user identifiable information during your usage of this part of the application. We do not collect or use information such as names, email address, photos or other information that would enable us to identify you.
  4. Please note that your access to and the ability to use our application may be subject to certain third party terms and conditions and privacy policies, including but not limited to application stores, mobile software platforms, social platforms and payment providers. 
  5. You may permanently delete your user account from the settings. However, if your subscription is still running then  please wait for any active subscription to expire before attempting to delete your account.

You recognize and agree that we are not liable for any such third party terms and conditions and their use of your personal and non-personal data. If you choose to use our service then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy.

2) Before taking the exam, confirm whether your internet wifi or data is correct or not. (परीक्षा दिनु भन्दा अगाडी आफ्नो इन्टरनेट wifi या Data सहि छ या छैन कन्फर्म गर्नुहोस।) 


3) All sets are unlocked by buying any package. If you do any 1 set, your 1 set will decrease. (जुनसुकै प्याकेज लिदा सम्पूर्ण सेटहरु खुल्छन। तपाइले कुनै १ सेट गर्नुभयो भने तपाईको  १ सेट घट्ने छ।) 


4) Once you enter a set, you cannot come back. Even if you come back without doing a set, 1 set will be reduced from your set package. be attention. (कुनै एक सेट मा प्रवेस गरिसके पछि फिर्ता आउन  मिल्दैन। यदि त्यसरी जबर्जस्ति सेट हाल नगरी फिर्ता आएमा पनि १ सेट घट्ने छ। ध्यान दिनु होला।)

5) If you buy 5 sets, it is only for 5 times. If you repeat as the same set in a 5 times, your 5 set package will be end. And have to buy again. Please pay attention. (तपाइले 5 सेट किन्नु भयो भने यो केवल 5 पटक को लागि मात्र हुन्छ। येउटै सेट मा बारम्बार ५ पटक प्रबेस गर्नु भयो भने तपाइको ५ सेट package समाप्त हुन्छ। र फेरी किन्नु पर्ने हुन्छ। ध्यान दिनु होला।)   

6) Any package once purchased is non-refundable. (एक पटक किनेको कुनै पनि package फिर्ता हुने छैन।)

7) Model questions and books can be used or practice as many times as needed for 1 year after buying them once. (Model question र  books हरु एकपटक किनिसकेपछि १ वर्षसम्म जति चोटी पनि चलाउन वा Practice गर्न मिल्छ। एकपटक किनिसके पछि १ वर्ष सम्म कुनैपनि book वा Model Question सेटहरु घटदैन।)
